Scheduling Temporary Use of Facilities
The Administrative Services Office schedules temporary use of University facilities (except Alumni Center, Memorial Union, Brady Commons and athletic facilities) for times other than regularly scheduled classes and evening group exams. These include (but not limited to):
• Weekdays after 5:30 p.m.
• Weekends
• Holidays
• Intersessions
NOTEReservations for classrooms CANNOT be confirmed until evening classes and evening exams are scheduled by Registration.

• Requests for the use of University facilities MUST be submitted on-line. Requests for rooms will not be accepted via phone.
• Please submit applications at least 48 hours prior to event.
• Applications for the use of University facilities will only be accepted by University departments and/or recognized student organizations. Requests for use of facilities by a group outside the University should be referred directly to Administrative Services.
• Student organizations requesting the use of University facilities must be recognized by Student Life and be in
good-standing, *Applications will only be accepted by the President or Primary Contact of the organization.
• If the facility requested will be used as part of a fundraising activity, prior approval must be obtained by Student Life.
• Building coordinators must approve the use of a room or building in which an event is to take place, prior to confirmation on the web.
• Applications are then reviewed and approved by Administrative Services, and confirmed on the web. This information is available to view by interested parties including the University Police and Campus Facilities for locking/unlocking purposes.
If possible, please use classroom buildings with auditoriums or large lecture rooms, libraries, or computer labs on weekends. We are trying to consolidate weekend activities into a fewer number of buildings due to budget constraints. If you do not know these buildings, please submit your request and this office will let you know if there is a problems. Thanks for your cooperation.
